This configurable learning program equips both experienced and new leaders with essential supervisory skills while building leadership potential.

This program will provide participants with an understanding of their individual motivational drivers and leadership strengths. Participants learn about the qualities of successful leaders by considering competencies and behavioural profiles. They then use role play and observation to understand and practice appropriate leadership styles. Using discovery, interaction and practice, participants learn the art of bridging intention with language and action. Participants will learn to deliver on the challenges of leadership by engaging employees, coaching to performance and developing employee talent.

Participants will learn to:

  • Increase leadership effectiveness by applying a common sense approach to leading people and by using a proven communication model
  • Modify leadership behaviour to meet individual and situational needs
  • Hold performance discussions that result in changed behavior and enhanced productivity
